A product is missing from my order?

If you are missing an item, please check your account > orders to make sure it's not being sent in another package. However, if the product is missing when you receive your package, please send us a video or pictures of what you received and what was missing. The more detail you can provide, the better we can help you. We'll investigate the situation and speak to the person responsible for packing your order to find out what went wrong.

We appreciate that our customers are honest and we're committed to correcting any mistakes. Each situation is different, and we'll do our best to find a solution that's fair and reasonable for everyone involved.
